Do you take commissions?
Yes, you can see all details on how to commission a piece via my commissions page.
How do you price your custom work?
Per square inch. Once a size has been determined I will let you know the pricing and a deposit of 50% is required.
What is your lead time?
Between 3-6 weeks depending on open availability.
Can you match a specific colour palette?
Yes, you can request a certain colour palette.
How many revisions are included in the price?
Two rounds of revision is included in the commission price. Any further changes are then charged at an hourly rate.
Can you guarantee it will look exactly like this picture?
No, due to the nature of alcohol ink artwork, no two pieces will ever be the same. Ink flows and dries in different ways. Having said this, i will always try my best to replicate.
What is your deposit policy?
I require 50% upfront and then the full amount is due before i send out the artwork.
Will you send me photos of the progress?
Absolutely! I love keeping in touch with clients throughout the process of making your art. This is so we stay connected and client is at ease that their artwork is in operation!
Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, each commission and A2-A0 will come with its very own certificate of authenticity and care instructions.
What happens if the artwork is damaged during shipping?
The client must take photos of the outer box before opening it, and then photos of the inner packaging and the damaged artwork itself. please keep all the packaging, materials, including the box, bubble wrap, and labels, as the shipping company will need them to investigate. you should notify me within 24-48 hours of delivery.
What is your return/refund policy?
You can read our returns policy in our terms and conditions page, in short- No products may be returned to Emma Ann Art without the prior written consent of Emma Ann Art and are subject to a return charge
Do you sell prints of your original work?
Not at this current moment in time. I hope to be able to do that in the near future.
Do you sell your artwork through galleries, or just directly?
No, i sell directly to my clients.
