About Emma Ann

Hey, I'm Emma Ann

I’m a 35 year old artist, a mum of four, and a lifelong seeker of creativity. My journey began at six years old, sitting cross-legged in front of the TV watching Art Attack with Neil Buchanan. I can still remember the pride of finishing my very first masterpiece! A cardboard castle held together by toilet rolls and glue. That childhood spark never left me.

Through every chapter of my life, from studying Art at GCSE to the busy, beautiful years of motherhood, creating has been my constant. It is my source of calm, my joy, and my most authentic form of self-expression.

While I’ve been perfecting my alcohol ink techniques for over five years, it was my move from the rush of London to the peaceful Cambridgeshire countryside that truly set my creativity free. In the quiet beauty of a little town in Cambridgeshire, I found the space I needed to dive back into my art with fresh energy. This creative community has been the ultimate turning point, giving me the freedom to create again and finally share my work with the world at local markets.

Every piece I create carries a piece of my journey. I hope my art brings as much light and inspiration to your home as it brings me while I’m creating it.

With love,

Emma Ann
